• Run Bags: Each registered participant will receive a run bag with a Promise Run t-shirt and a complimentary smoothie following the race.

• Location: Wallace Lake, Berea OH - Cleveland Metroparks
• Directions: Please do not use the 213 Prospect Rd address: instead, search "Wallace Lake Park" in your navigation app.

Start Times

• 10k: Starts at 8:00AM ET
• 5k & 1-mile: Start at 8:30AM ET
• Check-in: Opens at 7:00AM on the morning of the event.
• Packet Pickup: Collect your run packet before the day of the run.

Registration Fees

• Pre-Registration: Until August 31st - $40 for individuals.
• Group Registration: $35/each for groups of 4 or more until August 31st.
• Late Registration: September 1st-26th - $45 for 10k, 5k, 1mi.
• Opt-Out: Option to opt-out of receiving a t-shirt to save $5.

Virtual Run/Walk

• Participation: Join virtually if you cannot attend in Berea.
• Flexibility: Run or walk at home or organize a group in your neighborhood.

• Run Bag: May be available for pick-up or shipped for an additional cost.

Timing Method

• 10k and 5K: RFID Chip timed.
• 1 Mile: Untimed.

Awards (10k and 5K)

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Male, Top 3 Female & Top 3 Non-Binary (9 awards total).
• Masters Awards: Top Male, Female & Non-Binary in 65+ age group (3 awards total).
• Junior Awards: Top Male, Female & Non-Binary for 12 & under age group (3 awards total).

Packet Pickup

• Availability: Run packets will be available for pick-up in Berea the week before the event.
