Burgaw Autumn Festival's Graveyard 5K & Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile

🏃‍♂️ Graveyard 5K

• Description: The Graveyard 5K is a traditional race through Burgaw, North Carolina including running on the scenic Osgood Canal Greenway and Urban Trail.
• Course: Our brave racers will also run through a 1/3 mile section through the Burgaw Cemetery. According to records, there are graves dating back to the 1860s.
• Challenge: Run fast!

👻 Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile

• Distance: In this One Mile Race, participants run the town square in Burgaw.
• Treats: After the race, trick or treat through the festival. Our vendors will have special treats for participants.
• Participation: This event is open to participants of all ages.

🤝 Community Partner

• Partnership: The event has partnered with the Parks Foundation of Burgaw Splash Pad Project.
• Goal: We’re raising funds to build a Splash Pad at Bishop Rayford Hankins Memorial Park - a vibrant, safe, and inclusive play space where kids of all ages can beat the heat and make lasting memories.
• Support: Help us turn on the water and turn up the fun in Burgaw!
