Burgaw Autumn Festival's Graveyard 5K & Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile

👻 Graveyard 5K

• Race Type: The Graveyard 5K is a traditional race through Burgaw, North Carolina including running on the scenic Osgood Canal Greenway and Urban Trail.
• Cemetery Run: Our brave racers will also run through a 1/3 mile section through the Burgaw Cemetery.
• Historical Significance: According to records, there are graves dating back to the 1860s.
• Challenge: Run fast!

🍬 Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile

• One Mile Race: In this One Mile Race, participants run the town square in Burgaw.
• Trick or Treat: After the race, trick or treat through the festival.
• Special Treats: Our vendors will have special treats for participants.
• All Ages: This event is open to participants of all ages.

The event has partnered with the Parks Foundation of Burgaw Splash Pad Project.

💦 MAKE A SPLASH FOR A GREAT CAUSE!

We're raising funds to build a Splash Pad at Bishop Rayford Hankins Memorial Park - a vibrant, safe, and inclusive play space where kids of all ages can beat the heat and make lasting memories.

• Historic Depot: In front of the Historic Burgaw Train Depot
• Legal Spots: Any legal parking spot along Freemont Street
