This year marks the 40th annual Heights Fun Run hosted by the Houston Heights Association. The Houston Heights Fun Run will be held on Saturday October 11th, 2025! The event started in 1985 and despite everything, has not missed a year!
Event Date: Saturday, October 11th, 2025
Event Location: Marmion Park. 1800 Heights Boulevard. Houston TX 77008
5K/10K Competitive runs will start at the same time. There will be signs at the START for Groups based on estimated Mile Pace.
For the In-Person Option, the Boulevard will be closed to passing traffic with patrolling constables.
Pick Up Date #1 - Sunday, October 5th - 8AM - 4PM - Historic Firehouse 107 W 12th Street Houston TX 77008.
Awards will be handed out at the After-Party at Marmion Park starting at 8:30AM. Awards will be given to Top 3 Male & Top 3 Female Finishers of each age group in the 5K Run and in the 10K Run. Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female Kids 1K finishers will also receive an award (no age groups for Kids 1K).
Order Deadline: Shirt Guarantee deadline is September 26th. Any registration AFTER this date is subject to a shirt of a different size than ordered due to order processing time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Post-Race, we will have a mindfully spaced After-Party at Marmion Park with local community vendors/sponsors- more details to come!

All race registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless you purchased the optional registration insurance during checkout. By registering, you acknowledge that this is a fundraising event supporting the Houston Heights Association (HHA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and that your registration fee may be considered a charitable donation.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to participant injury, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control.
Proceeds benefit HHA community projects. The HHA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and proceeds from the Boulevard Blitz go directly into the community for beautification, restoration, maintenance, and education. For more information visit www.houstonheights.org.
