📅 Packet Pick-Up Details

• Pre-Race Pick-Up: August 22, 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM at Wilkins School Community Center.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Starting at 7:00 AM on August 23.
• Registration: Online registration is open until midnight on August 21.
• Location: Pick-up at 7604 Charleston Avenue, Swissvale.

🏃‍♂️ Race Course Details

• 5K Course: First mile through Regent Square streets: remainder on Frick Park’s cross-country trails.
• 1.5 Mile Run/Walk: Takes place on charming streets of Regent Square.
• Dog Participation: Dogs may only participate in the 1.5 Mile Run/Walk.
• Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed: a registered dog owner/handler is required.

🚫 Event Policies

• Animal Participation: USATF sanction prohibits animals in competitions.
• 5K Restriction: Dogs are prohibited in the 5K race.
• Race Start Location: Both races start at the Environmental Charter School.
• Start Times: 1.5 Mile at 8:15 AM: 5K at 9:00 AM.
