17th Annual Run For Their Lives 5K

Event Overview

Lace up and join us for the 17th Annual Run for Their Lives 5K on September 19, 2026! This timed charity fun run features an approximately 3-mile course through the beautiful, tree-lined streets of North Park in northern Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, PA. Your participation helps raise awareness of bleeding disorders and supports essential education and advocacy programs.

Registration Information

• Online Registration: Closes at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 18.
• In-Person Registration: Begins at 7:30 AM on race day, September 19.
• Time: Registration starts at 7:30 AM, Race begins at 8:30 AM.
• Location: North Park Swimming Pool Loop, 303 Pearce Mill Rd, Allison Park, PA 15101.

Race Details

• Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026.
• Distance: 5K (Approximately 3-mile course).
• Participant Benefits: Technical race t-shirt (if registered by July 31, 2026), goody bag, and medal.
• Shirt Deadline: Ensure your size by registering by Friday, July 31.

Registration Fees

• Early Bird Pricing: $25 now through May 31, 2026.
• Pre-Race Registration: $30 from June 1 – September 18, 2026.
• Race Day Fee: $35.

Virtual Run Option

Our hybrid run gives you the choice to join us in-person on September 19 in North Park or be a virtual runner and run one of your favorite courses! No matter where you run, you’re still raising critical awareness and funds to support those affected by bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania!

• Registration Fee: $25 for virtual runners, includes t-shirt (if registered by July 31, 2026), race medal, and goody bag.
• Packet Options: Virtual runners can have their race packets mailed for an additional fee or pick them up for free at the WPBDF office.
• Office Location: 433 State Avenue, Suite #4, Beaver PA 15009.

Post-Race Activities

Come for the Run – Stay for the Fun! Following the Run for Their Lives 5K, join us for our Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk to support the Western PA Bleeding Disorder Foundation.
