Competition Format

• Score Calculation: A participant's score will be based on a combination of bench press performance and 5K race time.
• Weigh In: Participants can weigh in and lift between 8:00 am and 9:15 am on race day.
• Time Adjustment: Every successful lift reduces the 5K run time by 30 seconds, with a maximum of 30 reps for a maximum 15-minute reduction.
• Participation: Participants may also just run or walk in the 5K portion of the event.

Awards

• Top Achievers: The top male and female participants in each age category will receive a medal.
• Special Trophy: There will be a traveling trophy for the top Law Enforcement Official.
