🎽 Race Description
- Pump and Run: Participant's score based on bench press repetitions and 5K race time
- Score Calculation: Reduction of 30 seconds for each successful lift during 5K run
- Participants: Can choose to only run or walk in the 5K event
- Awards: Medals for top male and female participants in each age category: Traveling trophy for top Law Enforcement Official
