Vernon Mothers Day Dash 5K with Mother-Son and Mother-Daughter Team Competition

Mother Son and Mother Daughter teams (Both parent and child must register) must register before May 8, 2026.

Course Certification

• USATF Certified Course: The race follows a certified course recognized by USATF.
• T-shirt Deadline: Every participant registered by April 6th receives a T-shirt.
• Specialty Race Bibs: The first 100 registered participants will receive a specialty designed race bib.

Divisions

• Overall Categories: Overall Male and Female.
• Age Divisions: 0-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
• Team Categories: Mother-Son Category, Mother-Daughter Category (Teams must register before May 8, 2026).

Team Requirements

• Teams of 2: Both Mother and Son or Daughter must register.
• Registration Requirement: Each person (both mother and child) must enter in order to compete as a team.
