The Trail Trot Cross Country 5K and Kid's Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Welcome to the Event

Welcome to the Crawford County Recreation Center's first annual Jail Break Cross Country 5K and Kid's Fun Run!

🏞️ The Trail Trot Cross Country 5K

• Distance: 3.1 miles on the Crawford County Recreation Center course.
• Scenery: Winding through the scenic campus of Lincoln Trail College.
• Terrain: Most of the course is on grass: includes paved pathways around the pond and through the woods.

👦 Kid's Fun Run

• Distance: 1 mile run on paved pathways.
• Course: Around the pond and through the woods on the Lincoln Trail College campus.
• Finisher Perks: Medals and T-shirts for all children participating in the Kid's Fun Run.

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• Top Awards: Prizes for Top Male and Female Winners.
• Age Group Medals: 1st place for age groups: 17 and under, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.
• Finisher Incentives: Medals for all finishing participants in the Kid's Fun Run.

🗓️ Race Schedule

• Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026.
• Packet Pickup: 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. Late registration fee will be $30 cash or check only.
• Location: Crawford County Recreation Center, 11220 State Highway 1, Robinson, IL 62454.

⏰ Race Day Details

• 8:15 a.m. - Pre-race meeting.
• 8:00 a.m. - Kid's Fun Run start.
• 8:30 a.m. - 5K race start.
• 9:45 a.m. - Race day awards and prize drawings (as soon as results are in).

🔔 Important Note

The cutoff date for a guaranteed t-shirt is May 10, 2024.
