The 2026 Tunnel to Towers Fort Worth Run & Walk will celebrate our 7th year in Fort Worth, returning to The Shops at Clearfork.

About the Run & Walk

The Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001. We honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, by supporting our first responders and military who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty. Police Tribute

Officer Garrett Hull - Fort Worth Police Department End of Watch: September 14, 2018

• Service: Shot and killed while attempting to arrest serial robbers.
• Career: Served in specialized tactical units including Special Response Team.
• Legacy: Remembered for his courage and dedication.
• Support: Tunnel to Towers Foundation paid off the Hull family’s mortgage.

Event Details

• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles). Anyone can run or walk this event.
• Packet Pickup: Luke’s Locker – Shops at Clearfork 5255 Monahans Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76109: open from 10am to 7pm on October 8-9.
• Day-of Registration: Yes, until 8:15 am on the event day.
• Online Registration: Open until 8:15 am on the day of the event.

Race Participation

• Bib Number: Must be displayed on the front of your outermost garment.
• Fast Runners: Seeding for runners faster than 6 min/mile available in the front corral.
• Shirts: Guaranteed for all participants who register by 9/21/2026.
• Awards: Medals for top placements and all finishers: chip timing available.

Event Amenities

• Water Stations: Available along the route and at start/finish area.
• Permitted Items: Strollers, wheelchairs, firefighter gear, and military backpacks.
• Registration Fee: Does not count toward fundraising goals.
• Packet Pickup Assistance: Yes, someone else can pick up your packet with a receipt.
