• Date: Sunday, September 21, 2025
• Location: 330 Powell Ave, Newburgh, NY
• Race Start: 9:30 AM

🏞️ Race Details

• Course: Scenic route on Mount Saint Mary College Campus with views of the Hudson Valley.
• Registration Fee: $25 for pre-registrants (ends 9/18/2025): $30 for same day registration.
• Payment: Cash or check made payable to Bishop Dunn Memorial School.
• T-Shirts: Provided to the first 100 pre-registered entrants: sizes accommodated as best as possible.

📅 Race Day Information

• Bib Pick-Up: Early pick-up on Saturday, Sept 20th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Bishop Dunn Memorial School: Race Day pick-up from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM.
• Announcements: National Anthem at 9:25 AM.
• Awards: Award presentation at 10:45 AM.
• First-Time Participants: If partially running and walking, register as a runner.

🏃‍♀️ Mini Cupcake Race

• Event: 1/4 mile FUN RUN for kids 10 and under.
• Start Time: 9:00 AM.
• Registration Fee: $10 for Mini Cupcake registrants (ends 9/12/2024).
• T-Shirts: Free event T-shirts for the first 40 pre-registered fun run participants.

🎉 Fun and Support

• Refreshments: Provided by local businesses, plus CUPCAKES!
• Community Support: Help support scholarships for BDMS students.
• Cheering: Come cheer our younger runners at the Mini Cupcake Race!
• Note: Pre-registration signs up until respective deadlines: please bring cash for day-of registration.
