Greenway Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

Event Information

Join GCXC Racing for the fourth annual Greenway Half Marathon, 10K & 5K on Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

Location: One Saint Peter Street, Leetonia, Ohio 44431. Please note that there is no parking at the trailhead on race day.

Race Times

• Half Marathon: Begins at 8:00am with a 3-hour time limit.
• 10K & 5K: Begin at 8:15am.

Course Information

All three courses run on the paved Little Beaver Creek Greenway Trail and begin and finish at the Leetonia Trailhead.

• Chip Timing: All distances are professionally chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown.
• Water Stops: Available at various distances (5K, 10K, Half Marathon).
• Energy Gel: Honey Stinger Energy Gel will be available on course.

Registration Benefits

Registration includes a commemorative finisher medal, long sleeve shirt, and custom bib. Optional hoodies are also available.

Awards: Greenway mugs for overall and age group winners of all distances. Awards will be presented as participants finish.

Transportation and Parking

• Parking: Participants will park at Leetonia High School (450 Walnut Street, Leetonia, Ohio 44431) and be bussed to the trailhead.
• Bussing Times: Busses are available from 6:45am-7:40am.
• Post-Race Bus: Bussing will be available back to the high school through 11:30am.
• Spectator Access: Family/spectators can also park at Leetonia High School and will be bussed to the start line. There is NO PARKING at the start line.

Event Details

• Packet Pick-Up: Will take place at Leetonia High School from 6:30am-7:30am.
• Restrooms: Available at the Leetonia trailhead.
• Bag Check: Tags will be provided at registration: self-check at the gazebo at the start/finish.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Snacks and refreshments will be available at the finish line.
