Greenway Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

Event Overview

Join GCXC Racing for the third annual Greenway Half Marathon, 10K & 5K on Saturday, November 15th, 2025.

Course Information

• Location: All three courses run on the paved Little Beaver Creek Greenway Trail and begin and finish at the Leetonia Trailhead. If you GPS One St. Peter Street, Leetonia, Ohio 44431 you will be able to see where the trail starts. As a reminder, no parking at the trailhead on race day.
• Half Marathon Start Time: The Half Marathon begins at 8:00am. There is a 3-hour time limit for the half marathon.
• 10K & 5K Start Time: The 10K & 5K begin at 8:15am.
• Timing: All distances are professionally chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown.

On-Course Amenities

• Live Results: Live results and splits on the course.
• Nutrition: GU (Vanilla & Strawberry-Banana) will be provided at water stops along the course.
• Finisher Rewards: Unique finisher medals and custom long sleeve shirts only guaranteed to those participants registered by November 1st. Optional hoodies also available.
• Awards: Custom mugs for overall and age group winners of all distances! Awards will be presented as participants finish.

Transportation and Logistics

• Parking: Participants will park at Leetonia High School and be bussed to the trailhead for the start of the race. Busses are available from 6:45am-7:40am. The address for Leetonia High School is: 450 Walnut Street, Leetonia, Ohio 44431. Please be aware that there will be no parking at the trailhead. The bus ride from the high school to the trail head is five minutes.
• Post-Race Shuttling: Bussing will be available to take participants back to the high school after the race. Bussing will be available through 11:30am.
• Packet Pick-Up: Packet pick-up will take place at Leetonia High School from 6:30am-7:30am.
• Facilities: Restrooms available at the Leetonia trailhead.

Additional Information

• Bag Check: Bag check tags will be handed out at registration. Tag your bag, carry on the shuttle with you and self-check it in at the gazebo at the start/finish.
• Refreshments: Refreshments and snacks are available at the finish line.
• Food Options: The Auntie Anne's food truck will be on-site for purchases.
