ATA Jingle Bell Jog

Allen T. Allison Elementary School is proud to partner with Chester Hometown Christmas to bring you the 4th Annual Jingle Bell Jog in Chester, WV. Each year, we've been honored to welcome roughly 200 runners. We anticipate that this year's event will show further growth and even more fun for all ages!

Date and Time

This years race will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 9:00 am.

Pricing

• Early Bird: $20 (until 11/8/2026 at 11:59 PM)
• Regular Registration: $25 (until 12/4/2026 at 8:00 PM)
• Race Day Registration: $30 (12/5/2026)
• Day of Race Sign Up and Pre Race Check In: will begin at 7:30.

Course Information

• Track Type: Course is composed of paved city streets and can be considered stroller friendly.
• Starting Line: Near The Twisted Fork on Carolina Avenue
• Course Route: Race proceeds down Collin's Memorial Drive and includes a loop through the upper end of Chester (11th street, Neptune Ave, 8th St, Plutus Ave)
• Finish Line: Returns to Carolina Ave and the finish is near the location of the start.

Event Experience

Please join us as we dash and prance to the finish and kick off Chester's Christmas season! Race packets will include cookies and hot chocolate at the finish.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the ATA PTA.

T-Shirt Guarantee

Please register by Sunday, November 8th to guarantee a race participation t-shirt. Registration will remain open until race day: however, shirt availability will be on a first come, first serve basis after this date. Long sleeve or crew neck sweatshirt upgrade option available (additional fees apply). Extra items will be available for purchase on race day.

Race Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: will be available near Allison Elementary the week of the race. Please look for communication via email/social media closer to race time.
• Day of Race: Packets will be available near the starting line on race day beginning at 7:30 am

• 5 - 8
• 9 - 12
• 13 - 15
• 16 - 19

Youth age groups will be dependent on registration volume

• 20 - 29
• 30 - 39
• 40 - 49
• 50 - 59
• 60+
• Walker

Awards

Medals will be given for placers 1st-3rd, male & female, in each running category + 1st 3 walkers overall (male & female).

Prize will be available for the most festive participant.
