This is a 5K Run/Walk in Leitersburg, Maryland, in conjunction with the Leitersburg Ruritan Peach Festival. It starts and ends at the Leitersburg Ruritan Park.
Beneficiaries
- Proceeds: All proceeds after expenses go to the Jack Roberts Field of Interest Fund at the Community Foundation of Washington County, Md.
- Cause: This fund supports initiatives regarding adolescent and young adult mental health and suicide prevention.
- Scholarship Fund: The Leitersburg Ruritan Scholarship Fund also benefits from this event.
Packet Pickup
- Option 1: Packet Pickup may occur Saturday August 8 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Peach Festival Hospitality Tent (adjacent to the main pavilion at the Ruritan Park).
- Option 2: Starting at 6:30 am on Race Day, in the Community Center Gymnasium.
Registration Information
- Online Registration: Closes on 8/7/2026 at 9:00 pm.
- In-Person Registration: Participants may still register in person on Saturday August 8th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or starting at 6:30 am on race day.
- Location: Race day registration will be completed in the Gymnasium.
