🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Give Hope 5K will take place at the beautiful Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC. This is a family-friendly event aimed at raising funds and awareness for the homeless and the hungry in our community one stride at a time! All proceeds will benefit the homeless and food insecure communities.

Date: August 2, 2025
Location: Frank Liske Park - Andy Hartsell Shelter, Concord, NC
Weather: The 5K will occur rain or shine.
Packet Pickup: 8:15am - 8:45am. Onsite registration will be available for cash, cashapp or venmo payments only.

🏅 Awards and Prizes

After the 5K we will have medals presented to the Overall Male and Female performers 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. We will have prizes for the Top 3 Kids Fun Run winners. We will announce the raffle prize winners, photo opportunities and more!

📅 Schedule of Events

8:15am: Race Packet Pickup/Check-In, Sponsor Expo
8:45am: Pre-Race Welcome & Group Stretching
9:00am: Race begins
10:30am: Post Race Awards Ceremony, Raffle Giveaway, Sponsor Expo, Light Refreshments

NOTE: There are NO refunds for this race. Race organizers reserve the right to modify, change, cancel, or reschedule the race and are not accountable if it is deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of participants, volunteers, or staff.

Note: We can only guarantee t-shirts for participants who register by July 25th.

Event Day Raffles - Backpacks of Love drive - Donate toiletry items and receive one raffle ticket. Second Harvest Food Bank drive - donate non-perishable food items and receive one raffle ticket. *One raffle ticket per person per drive (if you donate to both drives you will receive 2 tickets total).
