Lake Winnebago 4th of July 5K and Kids Fun Run

Event Overview

Beta Sigma Phi (Alpha Beta chapter) is excited to host the annual 5K and Kids 1-Mile Fun Run in connection with the upcoming 4th of July festivities! This race is an un-chipped event.

Registration Information

• Cost: $25 per adult. $20 per child 12 and under
• Registration Benefits: Registration for the race includes a short-sleeved t-shirt if registered before June 8th
• Pick Up: T-shirt and bib pick up date at the AYC is July 2nd from 5-8pm, or shirts can be picked up the morning of July 4 at the race.

Race Day Details

• Date: July 4th, 2026
• Time: 6:45 am - Registration begins: 7:30 am - Kids 1-mile Fun Run starts. 9 & under age group first, 10-12 age group next, and 5K will immediately follow the Kids 1-mile Fun Run
• Location: Lake Winnebago, MO (see directions below)

Organizers

Beta Sigma Phi (Alpha Beta chapter) at Lake Winnebago is dedicated to making lasting and meaningful impacts in our local community. Last year, over $7,000 was donated to local families in need, as well as charities such as HorsePower Experiential Learning Program (HELP), Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care (KCH) and Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF). These donations were made possible through race entries, t-shirt sales, sponsorships, and donations.
