Hiester Cares 5K Run-Walk to Prevent

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

This is a race put on by the Hiester Cares Foundation. Proceeds from the race will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In the past 4 years we have had over 700 runners and raised over $350,000!

📍 Course Details

The 5K course is entirely on the campus of Fuquay Varina High School, mostly on broad sidewalks. It is USATF certified.

🎽 Participant Perks

• Race T-Shirt: Participants will receive a race t-shirt.
• Swag Bag: All participants will get a swag bag.

🏆 Awards

• Top 3 Overall Men and Women: Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in the overall category.
• Top 3 by Age Group: Awards will also be given to the top 3 men and women in the following age groups: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
