Sole Mates is a celebration of health and fitness together and is coming back! There’s no better way to celebrate than with friends and family. So grab your running buddy and get to the starting line!

Team Up or Go Solo!

Participants can choose to run the race individually (as usual) or they can team up with a partner (separate awards for both categories!). Instead of placing by their individual race times, partners will instead place by their combined times. Run together and win together! We might call it "Sole Mates" but it doesn't matter if you pair up with your spouse, kids, significant other, best buddy, or neighbor.

Race Schedule

All races will have a mass start at 8:45 AM for the Fun Mile and 9:00 AM for the 5K / 6.5 Mile and the course closes for all races at 11:30 AM. In-person Race Day Schedule. Please consider your race pace when deciding which event to run. For any participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH SOLE MATES REGISTRATION:

• Race distances: IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 6.5 Mile, and Fun Mile
• Race format: Race individually as usual or as a doubles team where you and your "Sole Mate" can place by your combined finish times (separate awards for each category)
• Finisher's rewards: Sole Mates finishers medal and gift included for all 5K, 6.5 Mile, & Fun Mile participants (guaranteed if signed up by January 30th). Shirts available for purchase separately.
• Potential awards: Over $7,000 worth of potential in-person & virtual Overall (Top 3 Male / Female), Age Group (Top 3 Male / Female), Picking Up the Pace, and New Course Record awards

• Referral rewards: Great rewards and prizes you can earn by referring your friends and family to sign up with you or even recruiting them to race as a "team"!
