🎉 Run, Walk, Roll, or Stroll!

• Participant Goal: Help us get to 500 participants (in-person or virtual 5K and 6.5 Mile).
• Grand Prize: ONE MALE and ONE FEMALE participant will receive a FREE YEAR of Fit & Able-owned races!
• Eligibility: Must be registered in the in-person or virtual 5K or 6.5 Mile to be eligible to win.
• Drawing: Random drawing after the in-person race.

👥 Team Up!

Sole Mates is a celebration of health and fitness together and is coming back! There’s no better way to celebrate than with friends and family. So grab your running buddy and get to the starting line!

• Individual or Team: Participants can run individually or team up with a partner for separate awards.
• Combined Times: Partners will place by their combined times.
• Who Can Pair: It doesn’t matter if you pair up with your spouse, kids, significant other, best buddy, or neighbor.
• Race Day Schedule: 8:45 AM for the Fun Mile and 9:00 AM for the 5K / 6.5 Mile. Course closes at 11:30 AM.

🏅 What's Included with Registration?

• Race Options: IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 6.5 Mile, and Fun Mile race distances.
• Team or Individual: Race individually or as a doubles team.
• Medals and Gifts: Sole Mates finishers medal and gift included for all participants (guaranteed if signed up by February 1st).
• Awards: Over $7,000 worth of potential awards for Overall, Age Group, and New Course Records.
