RUN, WALK, ROLL, OR STROLL!

• Goal: Help us get to 500 participants (in-person or virtual 5K and 6.5 Mile).
• Prize: ONE MALE and ONE FEMALE participant will win a FREE YEAR of Fit & Able-owned races!
• Eligibility: Must be registered in the in-person or virtual 5K or 6.5 Mile to be eligible to win.
• Drawing: Random drawing after the in-person race.

Sole Mates is a celebration of health and fitness together and is coming back! There's no better way to celebrate than with friends and family. So grab your running buddy and get to the starting line!

Participants can choose to run the race individually (as usual) or they can team up with a partner (separate awards for both categories!). Instead of placing by their individual race times, partners will instead place by their combined times. Run together and win together! We might call it "Sole Mates" but it doesn't matter if you pair up with your spouse, kids, significant other, best buddy, or neighbor.

Race Schedule

All races will have a mass start at 8:45 AM for the Fun Mile and 9:00 AM for the 5K / 6.5 Mile and the course closes for all races at 11:30 AM. Please consider your race pace when deciding which event to run. For any participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH SOLE MATES REGISTRATION:

• Race Distances: IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 6.5 Mile, and Fun Mile race distances.
• Doubles Team: Race individually or as a doubles team where you can place by your combined finish times (separate awards for each category).
• Finisher Gifts: Sole Mates finishers medal and gift included for all 5K, 6.5 Mile, & Fun Mile participants (guaranteed if signed up by February 1st). Shirts available for purchase separately.
