Sole Mates is a celebration of health and fitness together and is coming back! There's no better way to celebrate than with friends and family. So grab your running buddy and get to the starting line!
📅 Race Details
- Mass Start: All races will have a mass start at 8:45 AM for the Fun Mile and 9:00 AM for the 5K / 6.5 Mile.
- Course Closure: The course closes for all races at 11:30 AM.
- Extra Time: For participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.

- Race Options: IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 6.5 Mile, and Fun Mile.
- Team Option: Participate individually or as a doubles team with separate awards for each category.
