• Date: July 4, 2026
• Location: 11362 Grand Lake Road, Cold Spring, MN
• Registration Time: Begins at 0730
• Race Start: 0800

🏃 Race Details

• Annual Event: Join us for the 10th annual 4th of July Stars and Strides 5k Run/Walk around the beautiful Grand Lake in Rockville, MN.
• Finish Line: The race will finish up with refreshments at the Flag Raising ceremony at 9am.
• Walk Back: There is about a one mile walk back to the Grand Lake boat landing where cars are parked.
• Registration Guarantee: Those who are registered before June 26th are guaranteed to receive a hoodie and the opportunity to win one of many door prizes!

🚗 Parking & Facilities

• Parking: Available at the Grand Lake boat landing.
• Restrooms: A port a potty will be available for use.
• Note: This is NOT a chip-timed event.

🏆 Prizes & Community Involvement

• Top Finishers: There will be prizes for top finishers.
• Door Prizes: All participants will have a chance to win door prizes!
• Community Cheering: Those not participating in the event that live around the lake are encouraged to cheer on runners, play music, decorate their driveways, etc.
• Sign-Up Deadline: You may sign up through July 2nd online or on the morning of the event. Sign-up the morning of the event will have a price increase of $5.
