Camp Overview

• Participants: Runners & coaches in grades 7-12
• Coaching: Camp will teach basic and complex strategies, workouts, and tips
• Encouragement: Coaches are welcome to attend for free

Important Information

• Physical Form: All participants MUST have a copy of their current physical
• Check-In: Camper check-in & same-day registration from 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM
• Registration Deadline: Sign Up by June 23rd to receive a camp t-shirt!
• Lunch: Lunch will be provided for all participants

• 8:30 AM: Whole group welcome in gym
• 8:45 AM: Transition to small group stations
• 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Station 1
• 9:45 AM: Transition to Station 2
• 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: Station 2
• 10:45 AM: Transition to Station 3
• 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM: Station 3
• 11:45 AM: Transition to lunch
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
• 1:00 PM: Transition to Station 4
• 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM: Station 4
• 2:00 PM: Transition back to gym
• 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM: Wrap up with special guest speaker Jeremy Provence
