- Participants: Open to runners & coaches in grades 7-12
- Focus: Basic and complex running strategies, workouts, and tips
- Coaches: Encouraged to attend at no charge

Requirements
- Physical: All participants MUST have a current physical copy
- Check-in: On-site from 8:00 - 8:15 AM at Beck Gymnasium
- Registration: Same-day registration will also be available
- T-shirt: Sign up by June 23rd to receive a camp t-shirt
Schedule
- 8:30 AM: Whole group welcome in gym
- 8:45 AM: Transition to small group stations
- 9:00 AM: Station 1
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch provided
