Event Overview

• Time: 9:00 AM
• Location: Lexington’s historic Keeneland Race Course
• Participation: Runners and walkers from across the country
• Charity: Family-friendly event benefiting local charities

General Information

• Website: Check our website and like our Facebook page for latest news.
• Teams: Team option available: must register by November 25th.
• Veterans VA 5K: Welcoming them as a charity this year: visit Veterans VA 5K for more info.
• Registration Fees: Note that there’s an additional fee for using RunSignUp service.

Awards

• Categories: Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Seniors, and Age Group Awards presented.
• Children's Awards: Turkey medals for children ages 1-9 with appropriate race bib.
• Exclusions: Stroller bibs are not eligible for turkey medals.
• Awards Timing: All awards will be presented post-race.

Swag

• Shirts: Commemorative long-sleeve technical shirt while supplies last.
• Socks: Premium for first 1,000 participants aged 10 and older—PRO Compression technical running socks.
• Size Selection: No exchanges until after the race: select size carefully.
• Children: Kids ages 9 and under will receive finisher medals, not socks.

Important Dates

• August 1: Registration opens at $25.
• November 1: Price increases to $45.
• November 24-25: Packet Pick Up at Barn 2, Keeneland Racecourse.
• November 26: Race Day Packet Pickup starts at 7:30 AM.

Strollers &: Dogs

• Registration: Each stroller and dog requires a $5 untimed bib.
• Starting Area: Must start behind all runners and walkers.
• Responsibility: Participants must manage their strollers/dogs and not disrupt others.
• Leashes: No retractable leashes permitted.

Packet Pickup

• Packet Contents: Race shirt, bib, and if applicable, socks.
• Location: Barn 2 at Keeneland Racecourse.
• Registered: Packet pickup is available at the event.
• Deadline: No packets after race start or in following days: no storage available.

No Refunds

Because we donate all proceeds to charity, there are no refunds, no exceptions. Thank you for supporting your local non-profits!

Mailed Virtual Participant Packets

If you register for our virtual race AND pay for your shirt to be mailed, it will be mailed to you the Monday after the race. If you want your shirt earlier or if you did NOT pay for mailing, come to one of the Packet Pick Up dates above. Virtual racers receive only a shirt: no socks, race bib, or awards.
