YMCA REINDEER RAMBLE 5K Presented by Publix®

ABOUT THIS RACE

• Community Spirit: For the 19th year, the Reindeer Ramble will provide a great community-building atmosphere that brings people together from all walks of life.
• Fundraising Effort: This event is a strong source of the YMCA's fundraising effort that helps to provide assistance to children and families through our financial assistance program.
• Life-Changing Impact: Participants who register for the Reindeer Ramble should feel proud to know that their registration is helping to fund our Annual Campaign efforts that impact thousands of lives in our community!
• Support Services: Our financial assistance program offers families a way to apply for assistance on a sliding fee scale that’s designed to fit each individual's financial situation.

• Registration Period: Sep. 21 - Oct. 11, Race Fee: $27
• Oct. Rate: Oct. 12 - Nov. 8, Race Fee: $32
• Nov. Rate: Nov. 9 - Nov. 29, Race Fee: $37
• Dec. Rate: Nov. 30 - Dec. 12, Race Fee: $40

Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, December 11, 9:00am-1:00pm & 4:00-6:15pm at High Street YMCA
• Race Day Pickup: Packets will also be available on race day starting at 8:30am at Keeneland.

Shirts

• Commemorative Shirt: Participants will receive a commemorative Reindeer Ramble shirt with registration, based on availability.
• Size Availability: Due to inventory selection, the sooner you register, the greater chance you'll be able to get your preferred size.
• Size Exchange: If the size you need is no longer available, you’ll be able to select a different size that is in-stock or swap during packet pickup.
• Limited Inventory: We will only have a few shirts in each size in our exchange inventory, so it will be first come-first serve.

• Overall Awards: Top 5 Overall Males & Females
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Males & Females in each age group
• Team Awards: Top 3 Overall Teams
• Team Calculation: The 3 fastest team times will be the winners.

Race Teams

• Team Registration: Participants may run as an individual or as a member of a team.
• Team Discounts: Teams with at least 5 participants are eligible for a $2.50 discount.
• 10+ Participant Discount: Teams with at least 10 participants are eligible for a $5.00 discount.
• Awards Eligibility: Teams with at least 5 participants are also eligible for awards.

Virtual Race Time Submission

• Virtual Participation: Virtual participants may run/walk their 5K any place in the world!
• Time Submission: Submit your times from Monday, December 8 through Saturday, December 13.
• Awards Eligibility: Virtual participants are not eligible for awards.
• Race Shirt: Virtual participants are still eligible to receive their race shirt during packet pickup!
