Community Atmosphere: For the 19th year, the Reindeer Ramble will provide a great community-building atmosphere that brings people together from all walks of life.
Fundraising Effort: This event is a strong source of the YMCA's fundraising effort that helps to provide assistance to children and families through our financial assistance program.
Registration Impact: Participants who register for the Reindeer Ramble should feel proud to know that their registration is helping to fund our Annual Campaign efforts that impact thousands of lives in our community!
Assistance Program: Through the generosity of donors, our financial assistance program offers families a way to apply for assistance on a sliding fee scale that’s designed to fit each individual's financial situation.

Race Day Pickup: Packets will be available on race day starting at 8:30am at Keeneland
Shirts
Commemorative Shirt: Participants will receive a commemorative Reindeer Ramble shirt with registration, based on availability.
Size Selection: Due to inventory selection, the sooner you register, the greater chance you'll be able to get your preferred size.
Exchange Policy: If the size you need is no longer available, you can select a different size that is in-stock or swap it during our packet pickup.
Limited Stock: We will only have a few shirts in each size for exchange, so it will be first come-first serve.
Age Group Winners: Top 3 Males & Females in each age group
Team Awards: Top 3 Overall Teams
Team Calculation: Team awards will be determined by calculating the fastest 5 times on each race team.
Race Teams
Team Participation: Participants may run as an individual or as a member of a team.
Team Registration: One member shall create the team name upon registration.
Discounts: Teams with at least 5 participants are eligible for a $2.50 discount, and teams with at least 10 participants are eligible for a $5.00 discount.
Awards Eligibility: Teams with at least 5 participants are also eligible for awards.
Virtual Race Time Submission
Participation: Virtual participants may run/walk their 5K any place in the world!
Time Submission: You will be able to submit your times from Monday, December 8 through Saturday, December 13.
Awards Eligibility: Virtual participants are not eligible for awards, but will still receive their race shirt during packet pickup!
