🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

42 years young with the Pompton Lakes Recreation Department in support of Pompton Lakes Day, the P. L. 5K is ready for those that want to experience a unique hybrid style racecourse.

🌳 Course Details

• Racecourse: The course traverses a number of fields, roads, and even a "pipeline" path!!!
• Map: A map of the course will be posted on race day to ensure everyone knows where they will be running!!!
• Markings: The course will be well marked and there will be course marshals placed in key locations.
• Hydration: A single water stop at the course center will keep you hydrated.

🏞️ Who Should Join?

A little cross country, trail and mixture of roads will accommodate the palette of almost any runner. Be sure to check this one out!
