Celebrate A Life 5K Walk

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Host: Join Quinlan Care Concepts "Celebrate A Life 5K Walk!"
• Purpose: This event raises funds for the programs and services at Quinlan Care Concepts and all its divisions: Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice, The Joseph T. Quinlan Bereavement Center, and Quinlan Palliative Care.

📅 Date and Location

• Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025
• Location: New Jersey State Fairgrounds, 37 Plains Road, Augusta, NJ
• Opening Time: Event opens at 9 a.m. for registration
• Start Times: Opening ceremony at 9:45 a.m. and the 5K walk at 10 a.m.

🎨 COLOR BLAST

• Return: By popular demand, the COLOR BLAST is back for 2025!
• Stations: There will be several COLOR BLAST Stations on the walk route!
• Experience: Celebrate with color this year!

💰 Registration and Fundraising

• Cost: $25 per person over the age of 13: $15 for ages 5-13.
• Fundraising Incentive: Raise $150 to receive a memorial marker with your loved one’s name displayed on the walk route.
• Team creation: During registration, create a fundraising page and assemble a team!
• Encouragement: Fundraise by sharing your participation with family and friends on social media and via email.

🖼️ Post-Walk Activities

• Reflection: After the walk, join us to reflect on the memorial markers.
• Memory Wall: View pictures submitted to the BIGGS Memory wall.
• Vendors: Browse the vendors present at the fairgrounds.
• Photo Submission: Bring a picture of your loved one for display on the wall: all photos received will be laminated and displayed annually at the walk.
