🏃♂️ The Vinings Down Hill 5K Run for the Kids
On August 9, 2025, an anticipated 2,000 runners, walkers, and spectators, will gather for the 2025 Vinings Downhill 5K race. The Vinings Down Hill 5K course begins at the top of Mt. Wilkinson, winds around the Cumberland Mall area, and ends at the Lovett School (280-foot net drop).
⛰️ Race Course Details
- Course Start: Begins at the top of Mt. Wilkinson.
- Course End: Ends at the Lovett School.
- Elevation Change: 280-foot net drop.
- Hills: There are 3 hills to climb at different points.

There is also a Kids 1K Fun Run and a fun Doggie Dash & Costume Contest!
