Silverton Turkey Trot

Event Overview

Join us for our annual 3k or 5k fun run/walk benefiting the Robert Frost Elementary PTC! The fun will begin and end at Robert Frost Elementary.

Participant Information

• Raffle Ticket: Each participant will receive a raffle ticket and can enter to win an incredible prize donated by one of Silverton’s many amazing local businesses!
• Proceeds: All proceeds go to the Robert Frost PTC to support the students and teachers at Robert Frost Elementary.
• Event Type: This is an untimed event, just for fun!
• Junior Course: This year will feature a junior course (3k) for the younger runners looking for a shorter challenge.

Additional Details

• Costumes: Costumes are encouraged! Strollers and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
• Family Registration: If you are registering for a family of four, the registration will show up as one entry without giving an option to add individuals. During the sign in process on the day of the race, the other three members will be verified.
• Same Day Registration: Same day registration will be available.
• Parking Update: Please plan a little extra time to get parking as we will be closing the Robert Frost parking lot for safety this year.

Volunteering

• Opportunity: If you are going to support your friends and family with a warm coffee in hand instead of running, consider volunteering!
• Benefits: Each volunteer can "sponsor" a runner and get a FREE single entry!

T-Shirts and Raffle

• T-Shirts: T-shirts will be sold up until two weeks prior to Race Day. You will NOT be able to purchase a t-shirt day of the race, but you will be able to order one and have it mailed!
• Raffle Ticket: All race participants will receive a raffle ticket to enter for their favorite prize with plenty of amazing options up for grabs.
• Raffle Time: The raffle will take place after the start of the race (approximately 8:45 am) and winning ticket numbers will be posted for participants to view at the end of the race.
