Cleveland Heroes Run

🏃‍♂️ Overview

JOIN US FOR THE 23rd ANNUAL CLEVELAND HEROES RUN ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2025

• Event: Cleveland Heroes Run takes participants on either a 5-mile run or 2-mile run/walk through the local community.
• Participation: Each person sets his or her own pace and everyone has won before the event has even begun.
• Course: Both races start and finish at the Saint Joseph Academy in Cleveland.
• Routes: The 5-mile course will run through the Cleveland Metro parks: the 2-mile run/walk will be on Rocky River Drive.

👶 Kids-Only Race

There is also a kids-only race for children 7 years old and younger which begins after the 5-mile race.

• Registration: Registration is required for the kids race: no entry fee applies.
• Involvement: We want everyone to get involved in this great event!

Awards

For those of you who embrace the competitive spirit, awards will be presented at the end of the races to the top three finishing male and female runners in a plethora of age groups and categories.

• 5 Mile Run: Top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 M/F in various Age Groups (14 & Under, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over).
• 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Top 1 Overall M/F, Top 2 M/F in the following Age Groups (7 & Under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13).

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pick Up

• Friday: 5pm to 7pm at St Joseph's Academy.
• Saturday: 11am to 2pm at St Joseph's Academy.
• Sunday: At the race site at St Joseph's Academy.

🗓️ Race Schedule & Parking

Both races start and finish at Saint Joseph Academy in Cleveland (3430 Rocky River Drive). Parking is available at Saint Joseph Academy and Kamm’s Plaza.

• 6:45-7:45 a.m. Late Registration and Packet Pickup.
• 7:55 a.m. Opening Ceremonies, Fallen Heroes Roll Call.
• 8:15 a.m. 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
• 8:20 a.m. 5 Mile Run.
• 9:15 a.m. Kids Race (Academy Track).
