🎉 About the Race

• History: One of the oldest and largest 5K run/walks in Indiana.
• Course: Covers part of the beautiful Indiana University campus.
• Formats: Features a 5K Walk or Run and 1 Mile Walk or Run.
• Awards: Offered to adults in age categories in the 5K, and to youth in the 1 Mile.

🌟 Virtual Participation

• Registration: A virtual or "Spirit" registration option is available.
• Participation: For those who wish to participate but cannot attend in person.
• Race Shirt: Spirit registrations will receive their race shirt by mail.
• Engagement: Stay involved even if you can't be there physically!

💖 Impact and Support

• Funding: Since 2000, HOC has raised over $5 million to support people impacted by cancer.
• Community Impact: Launched Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana (CSCSCI).
• Programs: Offers counseling, support groups, and various classes for patients and families.
• Free Services: Programs are free to all cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and friends.
