Let's MIX IT UP a little! We've infused a classic 5k with some fitnessing!
Fitnessing - "verb" - the act of doing any form of fitness you enjoy! Generally moving your body with the goal of health and having a good time. Can also be used in past tense, "Have you Fitnessed today?"
Participants may run or walk or any combination of the two for the distance of the 5k.
Participants will start in heats of 3-5 staggered by 3 minutes. Final heats and start times will be released on the Wednesday prior to the event.
Athletes will receive an 'Fittest 5k' tank (men's and women's options)! MUST REGISTER BY AUGUST 1st to be guaranteed a shirt!
