About the Event

Did you know…

• Minimized Trauma: The Child Advocacy Center’s team approach minimizes the number of times a child must talk about his or her abuse, which greatly reduces the child’s trauma.
• Healing Process: Child Advocacy Centers help kids who have experienced abuse begin their road to healing.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Special awards will be presented to the 1st place overall participants and First Place Cross Country Team.
• Age Bracket Awards: Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place participants per age bracket: 12-18, 19-35, 36-49, and 50 and over.
• Team Spotlight Awards: Additionally, we will be awarding Vics team spotlight awards.
• Registration Notes: Please let us know if you are LEO, First Responder, Prosecuting Attorney, Child Welfare Worker, GAL, Mental Health Provider when you register.

Registration

• Register Online: Register online at runsignup.com.
• Packet Pickup Closure: Race day packet pickup closes at 7:45 AM.

Packet Pick Up

• September 18: 4-6 PM at 653 Winchester Ave. Martinsburg, WV 25401.
• September 19: 6:30-7:45 AM at the race venue.

Fees

• 5K Registration: Early bird registration entry fee $25.00 prior to July 1. $30.00 from July 1 through August 31, and $35.00 thereafter.
• Team Discounts: Ask us about discounts for kids Cross Country Teams!
• 1K Kids Fun Run: Free to all kiddos under the age of 10! Complete registration and sign waiver for children to participate.

Free T-shirts

T-shirts are limited to runners registered before August 20: then limited to first come first serve thereafter and for race day registrations.
