- Aid Stations: Water station will be available on the course. Consider running with the nutrition/water that you will need to successfully finish the 5k run.
- Course Safety: It is your responsibility to know the course and run it safely.

- Text Results: Participants who opted in during the registration process will receive a text message with their time shortly after crossing the finish line.
- Updates: Results will be updated throughout the event at Starved Rock Runners, Run Sign Up and Racing Expectations.
