Registration and Teams

• Team Registration: Participants are encouraged to register with a team.
• Team Competitions: Teams will compete for awards like “Most Team Members” and “Most Spirited.”
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Register before October 1, 2024, to guarantee a T-shirt.
• Run Course Map: View the Run Course Map at the bottom of the race page.

Awards

• Categories: Awards for Top Overall Male & Female.
• Age Groups: Medals for 1st & 2nd place in various age groups.
• Age Divisions: Awards for ages 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
• Unique Awards: Hand-made medallions made from Cypress tree wood.

Registration Fees

• 4 Mile Run: $30 from July 1 to August 31: $40 from September 1 to October 12.
• Registration Closure: No registration from October 12 through October 17.
• 1 Mile Walk: $25 from July 1 to August 31: $35 from September 1 to October 12.
• Walk Registration Closure: No registration on October 12 through October 17.

Proceeds Allocation

• Community Projects: Funds support healthy lifestyles and improve quality of life in Morehouse Parish.
• MITA Projects: Include Chemin-A-Haut State Park and Bussey Brake Reservoir.
• Infrastructure Support: Morehouse Memorial Airport and Rose Theatre.
• Education and Shelter: New LCDC Bastrop campus and the Bastrop Animal Shelter.
