Description:

• 8th year event: The event is for all nature lovers, offering a scenic trail run and walk.
• Experience Nature: Run along natural trails under forests, by lakeshores, and bayous.
• Historic Route: Participants follow a route used by Native Americans centuries ago.
• Community Investment: Proceeds are invested in projects to promote Morehouse Parish.

👟 Event Details

• Team Competition: Teams can compete for "Most Team Members," "Most Spirited," and "Most Creatively Dressed."
• Run Awards: Top Overall Male & Female, with placements for various age groups.
• Registration Fees:
  • 4 Mile Run: $30 (July 1 - August 31), $40 (September 1 - October 12), and $50 on race day.
  • 1 Mile Walk: $25 (July 1 - August 31), $35 (September 1 - October 12), and $45 on race day.
• Proceeds: Support MITA Morehouse Parish projects for community development.
