Wellness Resolution Run

Race Overview

• Event: The race includes a 5K and 10K run.
• Walking Option: Entrants may choose to walk the 5K course.
• Course Start/End: The racecourse will begin and end at the Glenwood Medical Mall (102 Thomas Rd) parking lot facing McMillan Rd.
• 10K Details: The 10K race will consist of a double loop of the actual course.

Registration Information

• Late Registration: Begins Saturday, January 10th at 6:30am.
• Race Start: The race will start at 8:00am.
• Post-Race Event: The Wellness Center and various sponsors will host a post-race brunch and awards ceremony in Studio A of The Wellness Center located at 3215 Cypress Street, West Monroe.
• Awards: 5 and 10K awards will be given for Male and Female - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places based on age group increments: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

Packet Pick-Up

• Date and Time: Packet pick-up is Friday, January 9th from 4-6pm AND Saturday, January 10th in STUDIO A at The Wellness Center.
• Inclusions: Participants will receive a swag bag and t-shirt when picking up their race packet.

T-Shirt Deadline

• Deadline: T-SHIRT DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 23rd. After that time, we will have limited t-shirts available.
• Distribution: T-shirts will be filled in the order the participants registered.
