Rock Reno Half Marathon, Relay & 5K

Event Overview

Rock Reno Half Marathon & 5K is Reno’s most unique running experience — and the city’s only point-to-point half marathon. Start in South Reno at the Swift Sportsdome and run your way through east Reno streets, bike paths, and parks while you follow the Truckee River - finishing in style at Greater Nevada Field, home of the Reno Aces! There’s nothing like crossing the finish line outside the ballpark with the energy of downtown Reno around you.

Race Options

• Half Marathon: A challenging 13.1 mile run from South Reno to Greater Nevada Field.
• Relay: Team up with a friend for a fun 2-person relay option.
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts and finishes at Greater Nevada Field, suitable for all levels.

Course Details

• Aid Stations: 6 stations providing water and electrolytes.
• Nutrition: Additional nutrition provided at the midpoint.
• Relay Exchange: Midpoint doubles as the exchange point for Relay Runners.

Logistics

• Shuttle Service: Runner shuttle from the finish to the start for half marathon participants.
• Time: Half marathon and relay begin at 8:00 AM with a 3 hour 30 minute cutoff.
• 5K Start Time: The 5K kicks off at 8:15 AM.
