ABOUT FACE TO FACE

• Organization Type: Face to Face is a non-profit 501(c)(3) human services organization dedicated to the health, well-being, and stability of our community.

RACE LOCATION

• Venue: Forbidden Drive at the intersection of Thomas Road and W. Northwestern Avenue, Parking Lot #3

AWARDS

• Awards Criteria: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female and 1st place in each age bracket.

ENTRY FEES

• 5-mile Run: Early Bird fee is $40.00 until 9/1/2025: Regular fee is $45.00 from 9/2/2025 to 11/20/2025.
• 1-mile Fun Run: Early Bird fee is $25.00 until 9/1/2025: Regular fee is $30.00 from 9/2/2025 to 11/20/2025.
• Children Registration: Children ages 4-12 is $20.00: Children 3 and under are free.
• Late Fees: Adult registration for the 5-mile run after 11/20/2025 is $55.00: Adult registration for the 1-mile Fun Run/Walk is $40.00.

REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

• Inclusions: Registration fee includes bib, race shirt, refreshments, water stations, and prizes.
• Shirt Guarantee: Registration deadline to guarantee shirt sizing is 11/1/2025.
• Packet Pickup: All materials for in-person and virtual registrants must be picked up during designated times.

DAY OF RACE

• Same Day Registration: Will be from 7:00 am - 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Pre-Registered Pickup: From 7:00 - 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Arrival: Expect a crowd and arrive early: it is a 10-minute walk from the College to the Turkey Trot start line.
• Race Start: The race will start at 9:00 AM: 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk starts immediately after the 5-Mile Run begins.

PACKET PICK-UP

• Date 1: Tuesday, November 25th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Face to Face, 123 East Price Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144.
• Date 2: Wednesday, November 26th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Date 3: Thursday, November 27th from 7:00 am to 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.

AMENITIES

• Offerings: Enjoy refreshments, music, water stations, race shirt, and prizes.

RACE RESULTS

• Timing: Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Company.
• Results: Can be found here or at http://www.brynmawrracing.com.

RACE SHIRTS

• Guaranteed Shirts: Race shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before November 1, 2025.
• Pickup: Race shirts must be picked up during designated packet pick up times.
• Availability: Shirt sizing cannot be guaranteed after 8:00 am on race morning for all participants.

PARKING

• Parking Locations: Free Parking will be at the Chestnut Hill College with overflow at Sugarloaf.
• Walking Time: It is approximately a 10-minute walk from Chestnut Hill College and a 15-20 minute walk from Sugarloaf to the trailhead.
