- Setting: Oak Ridge Park in Union County, NJ is a runner's paradise.
- Paths: Paved paths along manicured lawns with birch, oak, and pine trees.
- Challenge: Mostly flat course, perfect for running.
- Tradition: Annual Thanksgiving Day event, including a 5K on a certified USATF course.

- Medals: All participants receive a finisher medal and technical t-shirt.
- Registration: Half marathon participants are automatically registered in the 5K.
- Awards: Overall awards for top three male and female finishers in each distance.
- Age Groups: Awards for each gender in age groups starting from 10.
