The Manhattanite 10k & 5k 2024

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Date: 2024-12-07
• Location: Riverside Park, 84th Street & Riverside Drive Entrance
• Event: 10K (2 loops) and 5K (1 loop), with live timing splits!
• Scenery: Enjoy breathtaking views of Manhattan’s waterfronts and lush greenery.

💧 Water Stations

• Frequency: Water stations approximately every 1.5 miles along the course.
• Refreshments: Available items include water, bananas, oranges, sports drinks, and gels (brand to be announced soon).

🎖️ Awards and Swag

• Technical T-shirt: Available in male & female cuts.
• Commemorative Bib: Your race bib will have a unique design.
• Medals: Full-color ribbon medals for all participants!
• Awards: Top 3 overall Male and Female will receive plaques, along with awards for top 3 in each age group.

📅 Event Details

• Packet Pick-up: Bring a picture I.D. to receive your bib with a timing chip attached.

🕗 Race Day Info

• Baggage Check-in: Starts at 8 am.
• Check-in Process: Your bib will have a tear-off tag for your personal bag, and the matching bib is needed to retrieve your bag.
• Race Start: 9 a.m.
• Awards Ceremony: About 60-90 minutes after the start.

🥯 Post Race Celebration

• Enjoy bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly, and peanut butter.
• Refreshments including fruits and drinks will be available!
