The NYC Summer Half & 5 mi @ Central Park - 2025

🏁 Location

• Event Address: 102nd Street Crossing & East Drive, Central Park
• Race Start: East Drive and 102nd Street Crossing/Transverse.
• Course Layout: Begin by running north over the Great Hill, head south on West Drive, turn left on Terrace Drive, cross the park on Terrace Drive, then return on East Drive to the start.
• Finishing Point: The finish is at the 102nd Transverse, with 5 Milers completing the first loop.

💧 Water Stations

• Availability: There will be water stations approximately every 2 miles along the course.
• Refreshments: Besides water, there will be bananas, oranges, sports drinks, and gels (brand to be announced soon).

🎁 Goodie Bag

• Technical T-shirt: Available in male and female cuts.
• Personalized Bib: Must register 4 weeks prior: commemorative bib thereafter.
• Die Cast Medal: Includes a full color ribbon.
• Awards: Acrylic for Top 3 overall Male and Female, along with Age Group awards for males and females from 14-19 up to 75-79.

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Website Updates: Always check our website http://www.citytri.com and Facebook event page for updates.
• Race Day Packet Pick-up: Must be booked for $25 from 6:15 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., limited availability.
• Identification: Bring a picture I.D. to receive your bib with a timing chip.
• Baggage Check-in: 6:15 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Your bib will have a tear-off tag to pin on your bag.

The race will start at 7:15 a.m.

🏆 Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony will start promptly after the top 3 overall male and female finish. Please do not leave without your award.

The ceremony for age groups will begin about 30 minutes after the overall ceremony or as soon as most of the top 3 in each age group complete the race.

🥯 Post Race Celebration

Enjoy bagels, fruits, and drinks after the race!
