Schlitz Park Run by the River 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Schlitz Park's Run by the River 5k is the only downtown 5K and 2-mile walk that takes runners along the Milwaukee Riverwalk, through Brewer's Hill and around the historic Schlitz Brewery turned office campus. The 5K race was started by the late Gary Grunau, the previous owner of the Schlitz Park campus whose impact on both development and philanthropy changed the downtown scene as we know it.

👥 Participants

• Attraction: More than 500 runners including individuals, teams, corporate partners, and Milwaukee community members.
• Beneficiary: Each year the 5K has generated thousands of dollars in funds for the selected beneficiary.
