Mooresville/Lake Norman Turkey Trot 5K

🏃‍♂️ 14TH ANNUAL TURKEY TROT 5K

Join us for our 14th Annual Turkey Trot 5K to help break the cycle of poverty! Help us fight poverty for local families and celebrate a healthy holiday. Proceeds support The Christian Mission, serving over 4,000 local individuals and families in need with food, clothing, rent and utility financial assistance, case management, and educational programming.

Donations of canned goods/shelf-stable food items are encouraged. Thank you for your support!

📅 Packet Pick Up

• Date: Monday, 11/25, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, 11/26, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or Wednesday, 11/27 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Location: The Christian Mission (266 N Broad St, Mooresville, NC 28115).
• Note: This will be a great opportunity to meet the staff, ask questions, and see our daily operations in action!
• Reminder: Please plan to pick up your packet on one of these days to avoid long lines and crowds at the event.

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• Arrival: All race participants should arrive at 8:00 a.m.
• Kids Fun Run: Begins at 8:30 a.m.
• 5K Start: Begins at 9:00 a.m.
• Location: 266 N. Broad St., Mooresville, NC 28115

🚫 Important Note

No registrations will be accepted, or bibs distributed past 8:30 a.m. on race day.

🏅 SWAG

• Awards: The top 3 overall male and female runners will receive glass awards!
• Certificates: The top 3 times in each category will receive certificates.
• Sign Up Early: Register before November 3rd to receive a long-sleeve t-shirt designed by Freeman Screen Printers with our Turkey Trot logo!

📝 Additional Notes

• Non-Refundable: All registrations are considered a donation to The Christian Mission and are non-refundable.
• T-shirts: Only guaranteed for registrations made before November 3rd, so sign up EARLY!
• Kids Fun Run: Starts at 8:30 (Distance: 1/2 mile) for kids ages 10 & under.
• Event Registration: Cuts off at 8:30 a.m.
• Donations: Welcomed and appreciated!
