Coon Dog Day 2025 will be held in Saluda, NC on July 12th and the 5K will be better than ever!

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, July 11
• Location: Saluda Inn on Greenville St.
• Time: 5-8 pm
• Items: Race bib and t-shirt

🏁 Race Day Details

• Date: Saturday morning, July 12
• Location: Beside the stage in McCreery Park
• Registration: Online only through runsignup.com
• Note: Bring a phone for late/walkup registration

🚗 Parking Information

• Availability: Until 9:30 am at First Baptist Church Saluda and Saluda United Methodist Church
• Action: Move cars by 9:30 am if staying for Coon Dog Day
• Alternative: Saluda Elementary School back (bus) Parking Lot on Seminary Street
• Benefit: Short walk to start line on Main Street with no rush to leave

🏆 Coon Dog Day 5K Run

• Host: A fundraiser for Saluda Elementary School
• Start Time: 8 am
• Route: Follows the traditional Coon Dog Day 5k route
• T-shirts: Guaranteed if registered by Memorial Day, Monday May 26th

Chip timing is back for the 5K for all participants to track their time for this annual festival run!

• Categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
• Fun Run: The KIDS' Fun Run with clock timing and a new route is back
