Join the 2nd Annual Circle K 5K Run/Walk on Saturday November 8th, 2025 in Tampa, Florida for an exciting Circle K charity event! All proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross to provide emergency assistance, disaster relief and safe refuge across the state of Florida.

🕒 Day of Event Schedule

• 6:30 a.m: Registration & Pre-Registrations Opens
• 8:00 a.m: 5K Race Start - Youth 5k Starts at the same time
• 9:00 a.m: Kids run - no chip timing - 100-200 meters
• 8:45 a.m: Awards ceremony & Post-Race Expo

Awards will be awarded to the top 3 Males, Top 3 Females and top 3 in the following age groups: 6 & under, 7-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

👕 Tee Shirts

Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants. Once a shirt is sold out you will see sold out. Shirts are not guaranteed on race day.

📋 Day of Registration & Packet Pick Up

Packet pickup will take place on race day at race site from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

🅿️ Parking

Parking is plentiful throughout the park.

⏱️ Timing & Scoring

Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib.

🔍 Course Length

The 5K is 3.1 miles.

⏲️ Timing Method

The race uses an electronic timing system that records race time and place via a transponder chip that will be given out at registration. Each individual competing in the 5K is required to use the race chip. Official times will not be recorded without a chip. There will be a clock at the finish line to view your time.

Official results are posted for the top runners in each category. Race staff has all results for on-site inquiries and results are posted on the race website.

Yes, nurturing future generations of runners is a priority and demonstrating healthy lifestyles to our kids is special. Please, however, start in the latter part of the runners.

💧 Water

Yes, but there will be a water station on the course as well as at the finish.

💰 Refunds

We appreciate your race registration. We are unable to issue refunds. We are not in a position to credit your credit card or issue checks. You will have the option to purchase insurance upon completing the online registration for under $4.

🌧️ Weather Policy

The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a rain coat or hat. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.

🏅 Post-Race

An awards ceremony will take place after the race at the start/finish location.
