Western Michigan University Homecoming 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The WMU Homecoming 5K course is a scenic route that runs through the Western Michigan University campus. We will start and finish just in front of the Gathering Tree statue at the top of the W. Michigan Ave hill. This will allow for a fast downhill start and finish.

📍 Course Details

• Starting Point: Just in front of the Gathering Tree statue.
• Finish Line: Same location as the start for a fast finish.
• Uphill Parts: The course has plenty of uphill sections.
• Landmarks: You will run past Miller auditorium and Lawson Ice Arena.

🏅 Final Mile

Before heading to the central campus for the final mile, you will traverse the new road next to Arcadia flats heading towards the student center.
