MGM Runway 5K

✈️ MGM Runway 5K Overview

The Montgomery Regional Airport is excited to host its second annual Runway 5K. The MGM Runway 5K is on a closed course located on the airfield with roughly four miles of runway.

🌟 Course Details

• Location: Closed course on the airfield.
• Route: Racers will run on Taxiway Bravo, Delta, Echo, and Runway 3-21 south, which are all located beside our active Runway 3-21.
• Unique Experience: Runners will have a chance to run beside aircraft and get a close-up view of aircraft landing and taking off.
• Amazing Views: Experience the airport grounds and stunning views of the MGM terminal.

👶 Registration Information

You must register as a runner to participate. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult. Children 5 and under free with registered adult.

📝 Participant Limitations

• Limit: The race will be limited to the first 500 participants.
• Encouragement: Early registration is encouraged!
• Walking Option: Registered participants will be able to run or walk the runway.
