• Goal: Promote wellness in the River Region
• Activities: Participants can exercise at their own pace while having fun
• Color Engagement: Participants will be doused with vibrant colors while running/walking

💸 Registration Details

• Cost: Registration is FREE!
• Shirts: Run shirts available for the first 400 registrants
• Donation Opportunity: Consider donating to the Heart of Alabama Food Bank to fight food insecurity
• Pick-Up: Shirt pick-up on July 18th from 3 PM to 6 PM

• Day of Event Registration: Begins at 7 AM
• Warm-Up: Warm-up exercises start at 7:30 AM
• Run Start: The run will commence at 8 AM
