12Ks of Christmas/Jingle All the 5Ks

⏰ Start Time

• Time: 1:00 PM Central Time for both races.

📍 Location

• Venue: Harmonie State Park, 3451 Harmonie State Park Rd., New Harmony, IN.
• Parking: The parking area will be located where the old pool was, on the left after entering the main entrance.
• Entry Fee: Free entry to the park during winter!

🏃‍♂️ Course

• 12K Distance: Approximately 7.3 miles, ran clockwise, same direction as last year.
• 5K Format: An out-and-back course.
• 5K Turnaround: This year, we will not go up the hill to the turnaround for a flatter course!

💲 Price

• Early Registration: $30 until 9/22: $35 until 10/26: $40 until 12/7: $45 until race day.
• Discount: Deduct $5 with medal-only option.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final: no shirts/medals are guaranteed after the race unless prior arrangements are made.

📦 Early Shirt/Bib Pick Up

• Date & Time: December 19, 5-6 PM.
• Location: Core Chiropractic, 6114 E. Virginia St., Evansville, IN.

🕐 Race Day Check-In/Late Registration

• Check-In Time: 12:15-12:50 PM at the race location.

🏆 Awards

• Top Competitors: Top 2 Overall Male & Female for 12K & 5K.
• Placement Pins: Awarded to Top 3 Male & Female in 12K & 5K (excluding overall winners).
• Categories: 1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-99.

⏱️ Timing

• System: Bib timing provided by To the Finish Timing.

🌤️ Weather

• Event Status: The race will go on rain or shine!
• Postponement: In case of ice or snow, the race may be postponed or canceled.
• Make-Up Date: December 28.

💖 Proceeds

• Beneficiary: Proceeds go to the Harmonie State Park Children's Summer Program.
