Race Format

Now in its fifth year, the Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP combines a 5K run along the scenic beach sidewalk with a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race.

• Race Types: Individual and relay categories
• Transition: Continuous transition from run to paddle
• 5K Route: Out-and-back route on the beach sidewalk
• Paddle Route: 1-mile paddle heads out, then south, parallel to the shoreline

Relay Competition

Participants can compete solo or as part of a 2-person relay team—one teammate runs, the other paddles.

Paddle Board Information

BYOPB (Bring Your Own Paddle Board!) Need a board? Contact Sip Paddle Rental in advance to arrange paddle board rental and delivery to the race start.

• Setup: Arrive early on race day to set up your board on the beach for a smooth transition.
