Race Overview

• Unique Experience: Join us for a one-of-a-kind coastal race in beautiful Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi—ranked in the Top 5 of America’s Best Coastal Small Towns by USA Today!
• Fourth Year: Now in its fourth year, the Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP combines a 5K run along the scenic beach sidewalk with a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race.
• Hosted By: This exciting event is hosted by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company and features chip timing, a continuous transition from run to paddle, and individual and relay categories.
• Team Options: Participants can compete solo or as part of a 2-person relay team—one teammate runs, the other paddles.

Course Information

• 5K Route: The 5K is an out-and-back route on the beach sidewalk.
• Paddle Route: The 1-mile paddle heads out, then south, parallel to the shoreline, before returning.
• Transition: Enjoy a smooth transition from running to paddling on race day.
• Bring Your Own Paddle Board: BYOPB (Bring Your Own Paddle Board!)

Paddle Board Rental

• Contact: Need a board? Contact Sip Paddle Rental in advance to arrange paddle board rental and delivery to the race start.
• Setup: Arrive early on race day to set up your board on the beach for a smooth transition.

• When: Friday, August 7 | 4:00–7:00 PM
• Location: TBT Depot Backyard Beer Garden – 126 Blaize Avenue, Bay Saint Louis, MS
• Saturday Pickup: Saturday, August 8 | 6:00–7:00 AM
• Location: Washington Street Pavilion
