Race Format

Now in its fourth year, the Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP combines a 5K run along the scenic beach sidewalk with a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race. This exciting event is hosted by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company and features:

• Chip Timing: Ensure accurate race results.
• Continuous Transition: From run to paddle for a seamless experience.
• Categories: Individual and relay options available.
• Route: 5K is an out-and-back on the beach sidewalk: 1-mile paddle heads south before returning.

Participation Options

Participants can compete solo or as part of a 2-person relay team. One teammate runs, while the other paddles.

BYOPB (Bring Your Own Paddle Board)

Need a board? Contact Sip Paddle Rental in advance to arrange paddle board rental and delivery to the race start. Arrive early on race day to set up your board on the beach for a smooth transition.

Packet Pickup

The packet pickup schedule is as follows:

• Friday, August 7: 4:00–7:00 PM at TBT Depot Backyard Beer Garden – 126 Blaize Avenue, Bay Saint Louis, MS
• Saturday, August 8: 6:00–7:00 AM at Washington Street Pavilion

Registration Includes
