Carolina Ugly Sweater Run

Join us for the Carolina's Ugly Sweater 5K and 1K Elf Run on December 8th... the best way to prepare for Christmas! Walkers, strollers and pets are all welcome to participate in the 5k!!

📅 Event Details

• Date: December 8, 2024
• Location: 19818 N. Cove Road, Cornelius, NC
• Starting Time: 5K at 2:30 PM, 1K Elf Run at 3:30 PM
• Awards: Presented after the 1K around 3:45 PM

🎁 Special Attractions

Get to the event early and bring your cameras!! Take pics with Santa, Mickey Mouse and special guest the Grinch!! Just in as well.... Chubby from the Checkers will be attending and so will Homer from the Charlotte Knights!!!

• Coupon: Each participant will receive a coupon from Joe for a FREE chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A!! Yes, you read that right!!
• Refreshments: Participants over the age of 21 will receive a beer, seltzer or a glass of wine after crossing the finish line.
• Unique Experience: Come to enjoy the festivities with your family!

🏆 Awards and Merchandise

Participants will have the option to purchase an Ugly Sweater t-shirt (softest in the Carolinas) for $12.00 (adults) or $10.00 (youth)! There will also be a prize for best overall costume.

• Trophies: Awarded to top 3 male and female finishers.
• Stroller Prize: A trophy will be given to our first participant to cross pushing a stroller.
• Value: T-shirt purchase is optional, but encourages participation and spirit!
• Best Costume: Showcase your best holiday attire for a chance to win!

📸 Media and Communication

There will be a photographer and videographer at the event. By registering you agree to release any photos and video for public view. In addition, there will be one text sent to you about the event the coming year.
