Lace up your sneakers and join the Henry County Sheriff’s Office for the Deputy Dash 5K Run/Walk — a high-energy, family-friendly event that brings the community together for a great cause!

Date and Location

This year’s race takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the EchoPark Speedway (formerly Atlanta Motor Speedway), located at 1500 Tara Place, Hampton, GA.

Participation Details

• Open to All Ages: Whether you're racing for time or walking for fun, the Deputy Dash is open to all ages and fitness levels.
• Community Connection: It's more than just a race — it’s a chance to connect with neighbors and support local law enforcement.
• Check-In Begins: 7:30 AM
• Race Starts: 9:00 AM

Participant Perks

All participants will receive a race t-shirt and runner’s bag during check-in, while supplies last.

Race Information

• Timed Race: This is a timed race, and official results will be posted on RunSignUp.com at the conclusion of the event.
• Photography: Onsite photographers will capture the action throughout the day, and photos will also be uploaded to RunSignUp after the race.
• Water Stations: There will be water stations available at both the beginning and end of the course to help keep you refreshed.
• Free Parking: Parking is free for all attendees at Echo Park Motor Speedway.

Cause and Community

This year, in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, proceeds will benefit Haven House — a safe haven for victims of family violence in Butts, Henry, Jasper, and Lamar counties.
