🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

This family-oriented, Superhero themed race offers a course that challenges our hardcore distance runners. Short distance runners have complimented the design of the 5K course. Walkers will still be able to enjoy the scenic vistas of historic Rocky Mount. Come dressed in your favorite superhero costume! The race begins on South Main Street and ends back at the Southern VA Child Advocacy Center with tours and refreshments!
