🌳 About Carvins Cove

• Size: Second largest municipal park in the nation covering 12,700 acres.
• Water Source: Major water source located within the park.
• Recreation: Overflowing recreation opportunities including approximately 40 miles of roads and trails.
• Trails Development: Trails plan includes adding miles of new trails each year.

⛰️ Race Challenge

• Elevation Gain: Both race distances will have challenging courses.
• Marathon Climb: Approximately 3500ft of elevation gain in the marathon.
• Mid-Race Challenge: 1000ft of climbing follows mile 18.
• Finish Strong: Enjoy a 2.35 miles downhill followed by a relatively easy 2 miles to the finish.
